I delved into various studies and statistics about the challenges of using reusable water bottles in public. Through this research, I uncovered a key insight: the primary drawback is their difficulty to clean, especially when on the go. This finding sparked a crucial direction for my project.

By meticulously taking notes and crafting a storyboard, I gained a deeper understanding of the essential considerations for designing the product.
